thats true but, people might not murder people if they new, that if they got caught they would be killed
Yeah, all we said make some sense. That's why those countries whose people are hard to control(Developing countries, US{people have guns:P}) retain death penalty, while European countries & Canada are not.
I don't agree with cus say one person kill 5 people thin he git arrest and git the Death Penalty. That are say that the Killer life is worth more thin 5 people lifes. I think if you kill more thin one person thin you need to git kill by giting shot thin have a DR to save his life and shoot him again until he has repaid those life he has took by giting shoot over and over. that how it need to be
