MOH is better in the fact that its games stay in order unlike Call Of Duty which goes from WWII to I'm guessing the War On Terror back to WWII. MoH ftw. or Brothers In Arms.
@Fyrefox:CoD4 is an alternate reality of the world today if Russia was in civil war, and the Ultranationalists there tie into the Middle-East, and Britain and the US both work together to stop them. It is not the war on terror, and it was much more fun then any MoH game I have ever played. Although, I am currently debating whether or not to get World @ war, I will say that Overall, th ewar experience from CoD feels much more intense then the MoH games.
COD4 and 1 coz all the others are boring ww2 copys of no1 MOH noone helps you so you do everything by yourself but the missions are longer and cooler but still COD
CoD hands down. I got addicted to CoD 4 and now think that CoD is the best war game out there. I admit the first few CoD games were rather boring, but they've drastically improved. CoD world at war is insanely addictive. One last thing, CoD sticks to the theme through most of their games. Just because CoD4 is the ONE exception, doesn't mean that the series is sporadic.
Medal of Honor is the granddaddy of Call of Duty, to be fair. After all, Infinity Ward was formed from the staff who made MOH: Allied Assault. I'd say in terms of quality of gameplay and graphical quality, Call of Duty is more developed in that respect. Medal of Honor is more developed when it comes to the entire WWII experience though. Heroes 2 fully implemented the features of the Wii, for example. MOHAA and Frontline were groundbreaking in their definition of the WWIIFPS genre. They also covered the paratroopers with Airborne and the Pacific theater some time ago with Pacific Assault and Rising Sun. Without the experience that MOHAA provided Infinity Ward, Call of Duty might not have achieved its awesomeness.
