To all those people who don't understand why he was afraid people would get mad at him for suggesting this:
Have you not seen the way many people shoot newbies down when they make a replicate? Common politeness have not been at its finest in this forum lately.

As to the suggestion. I'm fine with the way it is. Making it customizable means I won't know how others were viewing the site, and I sometimes use the whole certainty about the white background to the advantage of my art...
So it would be a no from me, if we were voting. Not enough pros.

I think this is a great idea... But it doesn't feel like Armor Games then. =/

its a good idea but it may be a little to much work

basic color layouts. I don't know if this would be hard to do or not. Here's some examples of the basic colors: blue, green, red, black, orange, or just the normal AG style

Yeah, I don't see how this would benefit any of us except for the variation among users with the colors.

Man, I had forgotten about this thread. Thanks for all the positive feedback, but it looks like this idea has been shot down. I have been thinking and I have came up with a better idea!


What if we just had 6 basic color boxes on the homepage, and when ever you click on one of the boxes the whole layout of the site changes to that color. Kind of like NinjaKiwi's site. When ever you go to their site the 6 color boxes are listed right under the logo.


I really think this will change the way people look at Armor Games, and it's way better than looking at the same old thing everyday. Don't get me wrong, I love this site the way it is, these are merely suggestions on improving it.


I am going to try to make an example with my epic MSpaint skillz.

I'm liking this idea better everytime. It seems like a different look for AG would be a more attractive look for newer gamers to enjoy. It would still show some variation among users and individuality among us all. I agree with this idea completely.
