Gamecube had fun games. BUT I think they "et go the GB cause there was the WII (which you can use the disc of the GB on the WII and it's controllers)

Yeah, even though it's on the Wii, gamecube will ever be the same. I remember when i got my first gamecube when it was christmas, It was such a big thing in my neiborhood. But when the Wii came, that's when it all started to fall.

I also find it likely that they would drop that handheld idea due to the proposed disk format.

Also, the GCN was the most failed of all Nintendo consoles for gamers. Right now, even the Wii's so far shoddy performance is prbably beating it.

The gamecube is older, but what can ya do, everything gets old and becomes a classic, soon to be gamecube will join that list as a classic, and someday, might get rarety and fame.

i had a game cube, i was soo happy i was hugin it. it had zelda, mario, sonic.. dang... stupid wii.

This is kind of a ridiculous topic. Every system comes and goes. I mean, if you wanna pay tribute to a system, why not the Atari, NES, or SNES? Don't get me wrong, I had a Gamecube and it was awesome, but it was bound to go extinct eventually. It just happens.

the gamecube has been gone for months now...it had an average life or a short life i can;t really tell... when was it released? well if it was after 2003 then a short life...

@ Zenkin, Atari, NES, and SNESare not systems that anyone would ever consider being brought back, plus the companies that... SEGA should bring back the Genesis!

I had one too, but my stupid brother sold it, i hate it him for doing that
