The story? It's easy...
Are you a twitch gamer? Can you handle fast paced action? Good reaction skills?
What games do you play? If all you can answer is Flash Games, I suggest it, but I'd say no, you'll suck if you try a custom map out of the box. It has a nice lead ujp tutorial though. Enjoy

Starcraft isn't to difficult there are three different campiegn sets Zerg, Terrain (human) and protoss overall i think its a medium difficulty game

Are you buying the expansion set?

very easy

easy when you play with it for a week or so...
