Hello I was just wondering what do you think is the worst OS what, what do you think is the best one? And why what are the advantages of the OS and what are the disadvantages? if you could include what is the best recent os you used ever the best OS for its time and what are nice OS's you used recently and would like to recommend? all these also apply to bad OSes eg: worst os for its time...
Best OS ever: ubuntu 8.10/linux good: Safe, customizable, frequent updates, great community, great learning experience... bad: pretty hard for people used to windows to get used to ubuntu
Worst OS ever: windows vista good: Has a function that allows you not to have to be logged in as an administrator bad: frequent crashes, tries to hold your hand but by doing that disadvantages experienced users, still not secure enough, nice eye candy unfortunately makes vista very Ram greedy, microsoft gets billions and should release a much better OS
OS i would also recommend: Windows xp, Linux mint, free bsd
