I'm not that familiar with them, but from what I've heard, they're a decent band. I have heard all of City of Evil. I have only heard one or two songs from their earlier stuff. I have heard Afterlife and Almost Easy from their newest album. My favorite song I have heard by them is definitely Trashed and Scattered from City of Evil. I really like the chorus.
Syn is a great guitarist, but he's still lacking live. He needs to pick up on his sweeps and leading off into dead ends. Give him a couple years and he'll be better than Dimebag. The Rev has always put out amazing stuff, and I can't wait to hear more from him. Also, Shadows has really improved his voice within the past couple years, despite the surgery he had after making their first album.
As far as favorite goes, I would say:
1.) Betrayed (Such a sick intro, and song in general) 2.) Reminissions (I just like something about it. Haven't quite put my finger on it yet) 3.) Afterlife (You can tell there was some serious time put into this song during recording) 4.) Warmness on the Soul (Because everyone's a sucker for a love song now and then)
