Well it seems like you already have a computer, no need to download any games, too addictive and I would say get a PS3, you don't need a great computer.
Choose the laptop. In the end, it will provide more entertainment than the PS3. Plus, out of the next-gen consoles, PS3 is the worst becuase of lack of games in comparison to the rest.
