see the total number of users registered on the site? (e.g. look at your rank out of [so many users]) Around 65,000 of those users are leech accounts, or fake accounts that users made in order to get spare AP gain. Since it was getting out of control, the administrators decided to axe the program.
Well what I can say to that is,like some games I know of, they should terminate the ability to have 2 accounts at the same location. So let's say user IRONMAN want's to secretly spam, so he tries to make an account named r2d2, and when he hits enter after submitting his info, AG registers that IRONMAN and r2d2 come from the same PPPoE and they cancel the creation of the 2nd username: r2d2. And then you have a better AG!
More key information than an email address is the IP address. In order to have a second IP address, you need to have a second line from your computer, which costs money. Even if you have a second email, the admins are still going to find out that you are making a second account.
