.. there are two girls in my group. One of them is a gangster wannabe, who uses "yo" and stuff all the time, and insults a lot. The other is a hyper person, who disses peoples clothes a lot. Yes, if there were more girls around, I know a lot of them would be nicer. I wish I knew some nicer people, but still... I need help with what to do, and there are no other people to hang with, just to make that clear. I kinda live in an area that is basically the "sticks" as my mom calls it... not that many people, and most of them are either hunters or people who eat organic foods. I happen to be the latter.
My mom and dad are going through a devorce, because my dad was cheating on some lady, my brother, sister and I found out. He is a total drunk. My mom thinks it is all of our faults, (she dosen't say it but we know it). Now my dad seems he is trying to fix things with the family and stop the devorce but my mom dosen't think so. She trys to put words into my mouth when I talk to him, when I don't say the words she flips out on me.
My goals in life, is not to end up like my dad drinking and doing drugs. Also not to end up like my mom, control freak!
@Stormchaser why does your mom think it is your fault? Anyway, the best thing I can suggest is to remember the fact that your parents might hate each other, but that should not affect you. If they really start to fight, and also fight over you, You can still tell someone about it, and if it is really bad you can always apply for (I forget what it is called, but it exists. I don't even know what it is, but you can get it.)
Oh, and I forgot my goals. my HUGE goal in life is to try and become famous. not celebrity famous, like with paparazzi and stuff, but the type of famous that is in every history book around the world. My SHORT term goal is to beat all of the fire emblem games. Yeah, that is tough to do.
@Destor- I think you need to join some social groups so that you can meet people, maybe a local swim club, tennis team, chess team, or a home school program (I don't know if they have those in "the sticks", I live in a densely populated suburb, they basically are specialty classes for home schooled kids that are also meant for them to meet up). Another way to meet people is through community service programs, where you volunteer to help people or work in the parks.
@stormchaser Why are mom's always control freaks? Mine is too. I think you should set up connections to help you through the divorce, spend more time with friends if the climate at home is problematic and work out a plan with you brother and sister to fall back on each other for support or cover for one another to avoid misdirected anger from your parent's because of the divorce.
Myself: I have drifted away from my old group of friends, being placed in honors and AP classes with older students. I have a few friends among my older classmates, but none were as strong as my previous friendships. I've also had trouble with relationships with girls, most ending shortly or kind of foundering without actually taking off. I'm also a terrible procrastinator and this is really hurting my grades. Why do homework? :P
ok, those are all some great ideas, thank you fro your help. I still have one problem, though. I am stuck on level 49 of fire emblem!!!! noooes!!!! nah, jk. My problem is that I don't really know how to tell my parents that I don't want to hang out with my "friends" any more

no, I love my homeschooled life. If you think homeschooled kids have no life, you must have none. Reall, why would you not want to do 2 hours of work a day, with no homework and a parent there to give you sl the attention you need? I know some people don't do it became their parents are too busy, or don't really know how to give a good education, but every other homeschooled person I know has an excellent life.
well my problem is that the i like a girl, but i don't know if she likes me or not(she wont tell me), another girl in my school that's pretty cute likes me, and a girl in my neighborhood likes me, too i dont know if i should wait for the girl i like or ask out one of the ones that likes me
Not too much to complain about just now; Exams start next week, so I'm a little stressed/tired/sick of studying, but other than that I'm doing pretty okay.

Currently have a spamer hot on my heals, he wants my rank! Also, I am haveing relation issues with family, and by that I mean the ones in my house hold. I have spoken with mom in 3 weeks and counting.
