i need some help with the catch skull i keep doing what i am meant to do, not kill the blue wraith but i never find the skull on top of the cicle building plz help.

oh yeah I remember this one. I'm pretty sure you have to be in heroic to get it. I had the same problem man. I remember I just did different difficulties. It was in heroic or legendary. It will be up there keep trying. Its hard getting all the vehicles behind the building enough so you can jump up there.
