I think, depending on the armatar like my pie armatar, should be kept on if it isn't completely connected to that holiday, such as the Cerberus one or any of the other armatars that got the boot, if this can be done i have a couple suggestions:
1) We Take an all day survey on a forum topic for 2 days after that holiday is over, thus creating a fair opportunity for people to get their vote in, BUT! the armatar should not be completely connected to the holiday. the votes can be tallied by either a Mod, an Admin, or a 3rd party
2) same as before but instead of a forum topic we could use a poll using one of these
We mine as well make it for all armatars not just the holiday ones. People will get mad if they only get the chance of making an armatar on a holiday. Also the armatar contests would be filled with off topic entries to try and make it to an armatar.
So I says have an overall armatar contest, or nothing.
Adding on to Plokkey's, the only armatars that are permanently kept in the options are those that have been made by our 2 anonymous artists that never reveal themselves. Others are just made for fun and moderate merit, while having the privilege of keeping the selections of the armatars for up to one month! We have.... around a week or so to start creating the Christmas armatars, so you can be a tiny bit patient =)
well, here is the problem. The default armatars are more of warriors, or animals. And a pit/turkey/christmas tree aren't either of them. And they would just stick out like a sore thumb. I mean I like turkey, but they just don't fit the whole Armor Games theme.
I agree with binary. These armatars are to celebrate a special occasion, and they should be just that - special. Keeping them permanently would defeat the purpose.
This are only for certain ocasions Koshinos, of ocurse we all wanna keep them but they are all only here for a certain while, I hope mine can just be here for a little while longer maybe til about Friday.
