The right words can make a warrior crying and drop his sword on his foot which will make him bleed to death or make him hurt.

It depends on who is using it and what they intend to do with it.

it really does just depend on who is using it...sure a mighty warrior can slay thosands of scholars with his brute strength and steel...but one writer could start a war killing thosands of soldiers so it all just depends

Sword.

Basically Bronze vs. brains

Why?

Because simply no strength you cant do much..intelligence is not needed in war because well, 1-1 you just need to know where the guy is and how to fight.

Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.

Is the pen mightier than the sword?

Maybe when it comes to emotions.

Is it not Brawns against Brains, Theone...

A writer would be able to stop the war without having to give his life.
Trying to solve something by power will end up hurting you more than your opponent, while writing shields you from harm.

Blend of both works great for me. I can write my name on my sword so if i lose it, i can just get it at the lost and found.

The pen is mightier. Three reasons:

1) Intelligence.
2) Knowledge.
3) You might just draw a gun and shoot the guy in the head XD

The sword is mightier. Three reasons:

1) Strength.
2) Power.
3) Hack n' Slash rocks XD

Hence, nobody will ever know :3

I say the sword will win against the pen.
I don't think the pen is mightier than a sword.

ya I think the pen is stronger...you start a war by writing something and then you just use it as a dagger...i wont get to detailed

For me it depends on who is equiping the objects. Someone weak with a sword won't work and likewise someone not that bright with a pen won't work. I feel in the right hands it is more often easier to solve a problem using your intelligence rather than your strength.

By the way, i got stabbed with a pen once. By accident but it was still painful.
