Ctrl+scroll enables zoom. Ctrl+i activates the italics BBcode in AG forum boxes... Ctrl+b does the same, but with bold. Cmd+z (or Ctrl+z on PCs) is the great big emergency backout in most programs where you create something... Alt+various keys gives a wide range of special characters to type, though AG won't display many of them. :|
I'm using a Mac, don't know how many of those work on a PC.

Why would it be in the Forum Games, when this is clearly not a game. This thread will probably not be locked or deleted unless people just start typing only the trick and not even telling us what it does.
The button PrtSc isn't a trick, but it will print the current page and then you could save it on paint and upload it on photobucket if you didn't know that already.
