yes but if he contemplated on HOW he would kill them, doesn't that make you think that he might have killed them? Or at least would have done it later in time?
I think he deserves more time then he got. I also think he did kill his girl friend. The book was just another sign pointing at how mad and twisted this guy is. Also in my opinion he is an idiot. If you just got away from a murder charge don;t you think your mind would tell you to lay low for a while?
Simpson was guilty of the murders, but the trial was held so stupidly that he basically got off on technicalities.
1.) For whatever reason, the forensic scientist carried around the blood sample in his pocket. This is considered contamination of evidence, and DNA evidence was already considered inaccurate at the time.
2.) The glove. The glove was frozen, thawed, and frozen again many times, causing it to shrink. In addition to this, OJ hadn't taken his anti-inflammatory meds for his Rheumatoid Arthritis for weeks beforehand, so his hands were swollen. Also, when he tried to put the glove on, he had his fingers stretched out as much as possible.
Pretty much everyone agrees that he did it. I mean, he did loose in civil court, and whats-her-face's family got millions out of Simpon.
As for the ammount of time he got this time around... yes he deserved the time he got. If he wanted less time he should have taken the plea bargin offered him at the beginning of the trial! I think his own hubris led him to believe that if he could get of scott free with two murders this would be easy! He was wrong.
