Um, it says that if you move the Xbox 360 when a game is in and running. It's ridiculous to sue them if you move it while you're playing. It's like complaining that your stereos broke because you dropped then from a skyscraper. Seriously, WTF?! >:-(

Hey, I don't care what anybody says as long my elite doesn't crash and that i can play games and get new ones... AND still be able to have live... which i can... I don't care what PS3 does or how many people exchange the 360 for PS3's mainly because my elite has gone through a lot and nothing has happened... probably cause it hasn't moved since I got it but...
