It disgusts me how movies make their own atmosphere to try to trick you that it's a phenomenon. The Day the Earth Stood Still is absorbed in it's own atmosphere. "The world isn't coming to an end." "WE ARE". Dramatic much? Bias on the commercial of the disintegrating truck, the aliens wouldn't need a humanoid robot the size the moon. Kinda like Spielberg's "The Happening", cept that was freaky. This is just cliche. Not the 007 cliche, the irritating of sorts.
Twilight. Harry Potter all over again. I just need to question my psychic about when Edward Cullen prances around on a pony naked. Fangirls flocking everywhere with these books. Some stories are better kept as books. Popularity usually leads to the same old crap. I like the undiscovered crap with actual skill on the side and a dash of no one I know reads it so I feel special.
7 pounds. Really? An IRS agent this time? 7 weeks, god created the world. 7 seconds, I shattered mine. 7 minutes, I pooped all over your movie. I remember the first commercials when I thought Will Smith was more than just an IRS agent and there was going to be something epic but all in all they make a big deal about a stupid fed. How cliche.
Movies I look forward to seeing: Yes Man Valkyrie The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
