Sonny 3 is in the early stages of development. But don't count the days...it could take a while.
Hopefully it won't take as long as Sinjid 3 has taken, but it's likely going to be at least 2 years in the making. Especially if Krin goes allout and tries to improve the game significantly from 1 + 2.
In other words, find something else to do until you hear it's coming out soon!

Sonny 3 probably wont come tell a later time period near the end 2013 but krin did havd cancer witch probably limited his time of work and probably is almost done with the game due ti the fact that he dosent normaly spend this much time when he is working this many games at a time
