Oh yeah! And predator form. Use it, then destroy, then leading strike, then destroy... and you will kill lots of things with ease. Dont forget to use the other ones though!
No... When you get to level 25ish, you should be able to use the Withdrawl Combo. That's - Toxicant Form - Shadow Blend - Agile Exposure - Withdrawl. This is a fantastic bosskiller combo as it does 35000 damage with my level 30 character. Up to the point when you can use that, Shadow Blend and Slash does a lot of damage, then Sharp Senses (you can level it up if you want) and Slash. You should keep Leading Strike in your Wheel until Integrity can handle it all. Disrupt is great move: the best way to kill the baron and it dispells buffs as well. Crystallise is useful too. Subversion is good for when 'Dux is dead. Break is also a fantastically useful move.
