Just wondering but how do you get Emerald Death and Wrath of the Council? When I kill Hydra I get a broken emerald shard. What do I do with it?

Sell it for moneys. Emerald Death is the only other drop from The Hydra, so if you don't get it, you'll have to fight it again. WotC is dropped by City Council in Zone 5.

i got three emerald deaths and five WoTCs

My hydro sonny lvl 27 i piled on a crap load of strength and vitality -
Vitality - 238
Strength - 469
Instinct - 33
Speed - 158

Uses a missmatch of imperial & Royal. With death sentence.
Mainly use wreck with avenger form to rack up to 8000 dmg.

im gonnu put some more vit armor on my sonny becuse he cant survive 1 hit of anything zone 5 on

Vit- 70 (used 2 be bout 50)
Str- 87
Ins- 20
Speed- 299

I equip the corrupted set

I use the cryptic set from the item store of zone 7 for both my hydro and my psycho because it gives the most instinct in the entire game.

Sorry, I forgot, I use the law binder as weapon, also because of the instinct.

The Velocious equips+tempo legplates IIRC provide the highest speed, so I use those for my speed bio. The furious equips+titanium chestplate for poison bio/hot hydro. Cryptic set for cold hydro/psycho. Yosuke's equips for Roald, and Doc Heregod's equips for Veradux.
