Meh... runescape as ugly graphics. Well the normal version does... not sure about the new "HD" (not high def... high detail... *chuckle*) graphics. Also, there is not much to do for non-members and I am notspending money on a game like that...
Depending on what you want, if you want a lot of fast paced action than no, but if your more into statagy (dont check my spelling) and in a way living a diffrent life in midevil timeframe, then yes. Personally i really like runescape, but at times it can get boring. if you can afford $5 a month then you can be a member and have more to do than playing free.
i hate runescape theres games that aren,t as open as runescape (smithing,runecraftin.etc.) but have better graphics, action and simply up to date such as ... fiesta, silkroad and many other games
been playing runescape off and on for the past coouple of years. its a great game, cheap. tons of minigames in a free roaming atmosphere with great trades to learn. they, the people only known as them, upgrade the game ever so often, and r doing better and better. tons of people play. gets a little boring and harder to grow once u start getting around lvl 70, but thats also how to seperate the serious dvoted players that can rule in runescape from the peons always needing assistance. give it a shot, its not phenominal yet, but its always growing, and its only 5 bucks to try. oh make a free character til u thirst for the members only stuff then tranfer your character to a members side
I guess I'll throw in my 2 cents on this category. Runescape is a life-waster. Instead of going onto a freaking virtual world, live in the real world. It's just sad to see teens and kids covered in acne, no girlfriend, and no life, living in a virtual reality. Wake up, feel the breeze and live your own life. Damn MMORPG's. Btw, this post wasn't meant to provoke angry comments, I'm just expressing my opinion. ^.^
