You cant upgrade your rank but you can gain rank by gaining points.
well u can play games and rate them and u can leave comments about the games...u can write stuff to poeple...u can get merits...and post forums...that kind of stuff will give u points amd everytime u get anought points u will become the next rank
you can see how many points you need to gain another rank at www.player-ranking.com it will show you how much armor points the top 100 people have.
