Luckily I got a one year warranty, btu the question is, where will my data go?

Will they transfer it or it will get lost?

No,no you see all thats wrong is that your laser that reads disks is burnt out. You can take to Game Stop and they will fix it for 40 to 50 dollars. But if you send it to Microsoft, they will fix it for 50 dollars and it will take you almost a year to get it back.

I guess it's an overheating thing because I moved it to a different location then it works..

It is just overheated sometimes.

The "Red Ring of Death" is actually visible and I would've noticed it by now, plus it's working now and I am playing the new Prince of Persia on it, I recommend you 360 owners test it out the game play rocks .
