Okay, I think I brought this spam inviting hobby to AG on accident, and I have seen people spam unnecessarily, and for artistic purposes I do not want Dragon Cave censored (I like to post my sprites along with my drawings of them).
I'm not advertising their site, I just want a thread for those of us who enjoy the dwaggies. I think that's alright.

So I create this thread for all of us to share eggs and hatchlings experiences in so that they can hopefully get a few more views and grow up.
I also greatly recommend anyone who wish to join this "game" to visit the Dragon Cave forum for tips, news, and hints for their egg hunt.

If you want to ensure that your eggs hatch, get an account on a place like Daily Dragon Fix and put your eggies and hatchies up for viewing.

I think that was it. I guess everyone can post their eggs here, along with at least a sentence - I don't want any spam going on, and no multiple posting the same egg. I will delete spam made here.

Currently they are have peppermint dragons available, it's the Christmas special, and I have managed to get two. :3

Sorry tuna at this moment im hunting for splits since i got 2 male adults and 1 egg (hoping it turns female) im going to breed splits.
Lately i got the feeling that splits are uncommon thats why i want to breed them.

Sure. If you want something in return, that's a bit more troublesome. Though I suppose you can have my caveborn purple. She used to have parents, but now she doesn't anymore. Dang that glitch...

Actually, if you could live with getting another female, I have a bred black that I really don't need... But I has only females to offer! :O

The spirtes
It shows all your dragons but they don't recieve veiws
it's pretty rare
its the same dragon with a different look
Different dragons need different amounts of clicks and veiws

There isn't a "most" common, but all the non rares are considered common.
Holidays as it is suspected you can only get them once, Next in line is gold and silver, alts and the the uncommen ones such as dinos and chickens

Well, their appearance, their rarity, their gender, their lineages... Actually there are a lot of differences, but whether they are relevant or not is up to the individual users.

what is the incubator?

The incubator is an image generated to display all of your dragons. It is usually used to link to your entire scroll, so you can post just that instead of posting all your sprites.

It's rare. People go "ohhhhhhhh, shiny!!" at them. That's all.

what is meant by an alt?

An alt is an alternative version of one of the more common dragons. Currently only two breeds have alternative versions, which can only be obtained through breeding.

do different dragons grow at different rates?

Not by breeds. Individual eggs may hatch at different times despite identical stats, but besides that, it's all the same.

can you trade eggs and dragons?

Technically, yes. By synchronizing the abandoning, so that one abandons while the other frantically refreshes the URL used to pick up that dragon once it gets abandoned. I can explain this in more detail if needed.
But there is no specific trade function.

what is the most common dragon/egg?

It varies. For a while it was the two greens and the blacks. These days it appears to be whit, pink or purple. Basically, if you see a row of them on the the AP (abandoned page), they're pretty common.

what iis the rarest dragon/egg?

I think it might be the neglected dragons. Or event eggs/hatchlings/dragons, like the Christmas or vampire breeds.
But technically you are not supposed to ask.

ok unlimited power I clicked yours and I got some name suggestions

red egg=hate
orange egg=fury
gray egg=dread

you can use them if you want (I don't care). I don't have a name for your guardian dragon yet though.


How did you get those names? And as far as I know, none of my dragons have hatched, let me check though. I'll have to do it later. How do you know I have a Guardian Dragon? Did one of them hath, or was it the blue one with the symbol on it? I abandoned an egg for that thing. Please people, don't forget to lick the link!
