The mayor declares that, the food grown must be sent to town hall for everybody to eat. Half of the farmers stop working. Now there is less to eat. The other farmers decide to stop working too. Now the town is hungry. The grocery store had all it's food confiscated to make up for the farmers. Once all the food goes too town hall. The grocery store has too cut employment. Now people are loosing jobs. It's just goes down-hill from there. Here's a hard fact: The American Workforce has doubled since the Great Depression.

Lets put it this way, Obama wants to tax the Small Business and the rich, and give it to the middle class. That's distributing wealth, is it not? Socialism is distribution of wealth, on a larger scale though in this case, but can still have bad effects.
Oh yeah, he's going to give it to the poor people. Obama will destroy jobs. He won't help poor people get jobs. He'll make it harder. Small businesses and Large ones alike will get bumped up in the higher tax bracket, it will be harder for my dad to get a job. It will be harder to go to college. It won't help at all.
do you guys really think a president can do that much. lets not forget taxing is not done by the president. it is congress, the house deals with money and budgets. Not the president. blaming obama for jobs and taxing is just a scapegoat to the real problem. presidents use taxs to get people to vote for them because they bank on the fact that americans are stupid. and for the majority they are correct. we all believe that the president can change so much when he has very little power at all.

He said he would raise taxes on anybody who makes over $250,000 a year. 70% of small business make $250,000 or more a year. But then there's big companies too. They definitely make over $250,000 a year. So then when they go into the higher tax bracket they have to cut employment.

See the difference? Anybody verse a business. Which is usually more then one person. And if it was made of just one person, I'd really doubt they'd make over 250 thousand a year.

Here is an example of capitalism. There is a huge town. Everyone has businesses. Since everyone has businesses, there worthless. So corporations start to form. Then they take over everything. Then people are like "Oh noes!" And then a fire breathing dragon comes and destroys everything because he doesn't like capitalism.
