Though I do think it's hard to imagine what you'll think, given the fact that you can write down what you THINK you will think right now, but at the moment of your (impending) death, you will probably have made some, or many, new memories. Who knows? Maybe one's last thoughts could be 'Damn, I forgot to buy groceries'.
On a related note though: clicky - the last words of famous people.
I would jump of the empire state building. Yup. After saying goodbye to my family : ). Or actually, i would invite my family too a helicopter ride, and i would spend lots in a great chef with lots of good food, then, when i'm about do die, I say good bye to everyone, and jump off. Aaah~
Also, i know how it feels Cholo. My dad has been quite sick for some time and sometimes he would wake up in the middle of the night and do stupid things (kind of like he was drunk, but he wasn't), like hit himself with a glass door, or make a television fall. My uncle is also quite sick and goes to the hospital (sometimes ER) almost every month. It's really depressing.

It's like your parents have put a secret parachute on you and you open it up and you don't die.
One time I was on a four wheeler and I almost died. I as going over a hill when I randomly flipped ...into water ...upside down. What I was thinking: "Wooo! Ye- No! No! F***! I never got laid!" *life flashes before eyes while drowning. I was 11 at that time. Yagh.
I would be happy knowing my life is complete and that I ahve lived a good life. To be honest it depends how I go. In my sleep or John Entwistle style in the arms of a prostitute after a cocaine fueled romp through a Las Vegas hotel room.
