I've been thinking and what is the difference between natural gas and fossil fuels. either way you're digging into the earth and harming the enviroment, but people keep saying that natural gas is better than fossil fuels, and I think they're the same...so what do yo think?

Natural gas IS a fossil fuel.

Actually natural gas is well...gas, such as methane, ethane, and anything that is well air...fossil fuels are oil and that other stuff

Natural gas is a fossil fuel, but not all fossil fuels are natural gas. Petrol and coal are the main fossil fuels with natural gas behind them.

Natural gas gives off less harmful emissions into the atmoosphere which is why people say they are better.
