Metals ok, i think i like the less hard core metal tho, im more of a rock kinda guy.

I'm more of an alternative rock guy myself. But metal is alright.

Well, I can't say I even remotely agree with your list, but whatever, they're your choices. There are some good bands on there - Death, DT (both of them) and Symphony X. But unfortunately, I am not a thrash man, and can't stand Sepultra. And then there's Nightwish, who I just find boring, and I can't stand Tarja's vocals.

FYI, my favourite metal bands are;

5. Devin Townsend (that also includes the Devin Townsend Band)

So obviously our tastes are a bit disparate.

Well...Metal music is special in his heaviness.The best of it are the mash parts,duble bass pedals,its fast and it has a great history .The best genre is Death Metal and its the most popular to.

Well are we talking like outrageous dark metal here, or are we talking about light.... cuz im the kinda person who cant stand that low screaming voice where it sounds like someone has there hand down there throat.. no offense. just dont like that kinda screaming. There is sum certain screaming i think sounds good of course, just not the kind where u gotta try and make out the words each time the guy screams... But in death and dark metal the Guitar Solo's and rifts are f*ckin amazing! Not to mention the drummers speed and stamina must be high... So here its not like in the death rlly and i guess some are verging into rock territory here but list of top 10 bands not in any particular order.

Well it seems there are some VERY HEAVY metal tastes here people... And you guys are still VERY young! In Italy there aren't boys or girls who listen to metal at THIRTEEN YEARS OLD! And I'm not saying it's wrong!
