Actualy we jews call it just that, only in hebrew... in hebrew we say Hashoa (ha=the) and the world holocaust maybe means hollow cost, but it has no meaning in hebrew... Anyways I agree with woody, we'll be scattered and more high numbered.
[/b]If the holocaust never happenned there are a number of different things that could of happenned later that were far worse. Hitler, or any other psycopath, could have launched an attack against a race or religion far worse than the holocaust. If the attack happenned later it could have been easier to kill people due to advancements in technology. It might have actually been a good thing that the holocaust happenned. It taught a lesson to the world. My teacher was reading a book to us about a family in a concentration camp. I will never forgot what she said. She said she was teaching us this [b]so history doesn't repeat itself
