I like the idea of speaking with friends while online-gaming with them... Maybe someone has some experience with this technology? Would be interesting.

o yea... there is lots of technology like that lol.. god the wii is so behind.... Chat in xbox and ps3. U speak online.. Its called online chat. man i cant believe the wii just got that...

Sounds like a good idea but can't you just call them on the cell phone? Granted, during a game it's a lot easier to tell someone they just got OWN3D with a headset then calling them on the mobile.

Is dat what wii speak does?

Wii speak is great. But as for you nonconformist, the 360 JUST got their own customizable avatars. Yeah, the wii's had that since launch buddy. It's so totally behind, right.

um silver333 i laughed my a55 off when the xbox got armatars... um i dont have one and all my friends do and they all hated it lol. they found it useless and turned the xbox more into a wii. So i had my share of laughing cuz so many ppl were pissed off at armatars... showing u that armatars aren't truely the best... in fact i got a wii as well as a ps3 and i dont play the wii cuz of now games. As for wii speak? Well im pretty sure chat is alot easier than calling them, i have a cell for that. And yea wii is FAR behind. no good games, no good graphics, and most games are meant for 7-10 year olds.

Cool, just found out about Wii Speak through this forum. Looks fun, accept for that it only works with a couple of games, like Taxman said.

it only works on animal crossing now but i hope thye will make it work on all games

wow heres an idea... make a headset... like actually this wii speak sounds rlly stupid, and animal crossing isn't even that great of a game. Go buy the sims, its alot more realistic and way more fun... if u want to tell ppl u owned em in gh or rb2, go get a ps3 or xbox 360, buy a 20$ headset, and then as ur owning sumone yell u suck into it... there u go. problem solved =)

It took Wii long enough to get the speak thing. All the other consoles already have them
