I had tried this game a little while back, and I had no luck with it except transporting ivery very cheaply and getting a lot of money. Does anyone know how to beat Master of The Secret Sea?
It's easy if you have a map. Without it it's impossible, since you have to dig for treasure. It takes around 20-25 mins to go through the map, land every two-three steps and dig for treasure. The treasures tend to be in the middle of interesting coast formations. Don't follow the southern river after starting the final run, because the game becomes bugged, but you should know the 3-4 items that are their to know you have to restart the game if the Guy who gives you his ship wants exactly that item. Other than that it's just going to the city the story takes you. Don't become a pirate, since if you annoy the cities to much, you won't be able to dock there, only if you beat two galleons and a bastion. First things first, get a galleon. Attack smaller ship and pump them full of lead until they have less crew than you, then board them. Then return to a dock and repair. Keep doing this and switching to bigger ships and you will soon get a galleon. Before going after the story line get 500k (if I recall correctly) because you'll need it for ransom. Other than that it's quite easy, just read where the next step is carefully. I think the first step is the hardest, since you need to find an artifact. The Black Diamond or whatever is not on the map, so if you get that, then restart. Also if you save then load before getting the artifact, the game bugs again and switches your artifact to Black Diamond. The game also bugs when you return the artifact but that doesn't harm your progress, while the aforementioned does. Hope that helps.
