Apparently this class is "Recommended for Beginners."Well, I think it's slightly safe to say, it is as difficult as the other two, if not a bit harder.Maybe because it has easier to understand moves, and a simpler way to train stats.Whichever, there isn't a Biological build guide , yet, and I have asked for help multiple times and received multiple answers.I've seen others struggle, as well, so I'll help out by making this for all you out there.

Overview

http://s399.photobucket.com/albums/pp75/flamemachedi/th_untitled-3.gif

Biological class is a class that is one that is focused all around strength, speed, and vitality. You will have almost no use of Instinct in this class.

Builds

There are build using Poison, Speed, and brute strength.I'll be starting with Brutes, though.I'll add on the others soon enough.

Brute : This build has you being the main damage dealer. You are the one who rips the enemies apart.Sadly, you are not the healer of the group, and if your not careful, you'll be missing quite often.

Attribute Points

It's simple and obvious where to put your Attribute Points.

Primary: Strength
Secondary: Vitality and Speed

By the time you beat the game, make sure your stats are close to around

Vitality:200
Strength:500
Instinct:10-20(From small bonuses in armor)
Speed: 200
Focus:100

Equipment:

Primary: Strength and Physical Piercing
Secondary: Vitality and Speed

Here's a little tip: Never ever wear things that give high instinct bonuses, because those aren't for you.Unless, and this will come up, in Zone 1 you have no gloves or helmet, you can just wear them to fill space(I mean, what harm would it do?)

Abilities

Integrity 4/4 (Passive)
Vicious Strike 1/1 (Prerequisite)
Break 2/2
Disrupt 2/2
Savagery 4/4 (Passive)
Predator Form 1/1
Slash 1/4 (Prerequisite)
Corrosion 1/4 (Prerequisite)
Envenom 1/4 (Prerequisite)
Infect 1/4 (Prerequisite)
Withdrawal 4/4
Endurance 4/4 (Passive)
Sharp Senses 4/4 (Passive)
Evolution 3/3 (Passive)

*I know some of you may favor Enrage or Animalism, but really, with your kind of power, you don't strictly need it.

Ability Pool

Now you have them ready, you can put in your moves.

1 Predator Form
1 Destroy
1 Leading Strike
1 Break
1 Withdrawal
3 Disrupt (You don't need the extra 2 if you don't want to)

http://s399.photobucket.com/albums/pp75/flamemachedi/th_Abilities.jpg

When fighting with all those abilities, try to do this order of moves.

Predator Form
Destroy
Break
Destroy
Withdrawal
Leading Strike
If they aren't dead yet, keep using Destroy and Leading Strike until you get a Break or Withdrawal.

Zones Bosses

Zone 1 : Felicity

All you have to do is rather straightforward. Attack her with destroy, and break every chance you get to shorten how many times she attacks and giving you more attacks in. Get her to around the 800- HP, and she'll say,"You're not getting that tape!"That's when she used "Serious Business" which makes her hit 50% more and receive 50% less damage.Keep Veradux on Relentless, until someone gets hurt seriously. He's probably the main damager at that point in the game. When she gets to the 250 HP range, she'll finally give up.

Zone 2 : Captain Hunt

This boss can be pretty annoying. He has too allies, a Sniper and a Med.They both immediately put up shields that block 2500 damage. Captain Hunt isn't much a threat, but his Sniper keeps himself buffed and attacks really high if you allow him too.Make sure you kill the Sniper first, and if he puts up a buff, Break him.If Break is unavailable at the moment, use disrupt and make him only allowed to use his weaker normal attack.Once the Sniper is out of the way, attack Captain Hunt.Bring him down fast as possible.Once he reaches about 1000 HP, he'll put on his shield that shields him from 4000 damage, but stuns him. This is your chance. The Med is spending time healing Captain Hunt and Captain Hunt is stunned.Break the Med's shield fast as possible and kill him. When he's out the way.By then, Hunt should have about 2-3 left on his shield. You could either wait it out while debuffing him and getting yourself ready, or attempt to break it.When he's out, finish him off.

Zone 3 : Clemons the Deceive

This guy may be seeming super strong in the beginning, but just keep striving to kill him.Bring him down to around 1000-2000 HP, he'll transform into his true form and heal all his health, but now he will receive 200% extra damage.Keep your allies on Relentless no matter what and kill him.
*Secret: His "Unknown Condition" is really a Subversion. If he hits you , you'll receive more HP, but make sure you DO NOT HEAL YOURSELF.

Zone 4 : The Hydra

Aah this thing is such a pest. But they have a very very important weakness. And you have both. The Fire Claws are strong against fire and normal attacks, but terribly weak against Poison attacks, so finish them fast and easy.On the other hand, Hydra is stronger against poison and normal to Normal attacks, so keep a Destroy handy.

For them, you'll need to Re-Spec.If you are lvl 17+, you'll have enough points.

Get:

Toxicant Form 1/1
Acidic Blood 4/4 (Passive)
Infect 4/4
Predator Form 1/1

That all you need.Acidic Blood will shoot up your poison piercing.Turn into a Toxicant, then use Infect ro kill both Fire Claws. Then turn into a Predator and use Destroy to kill the Hydra. You could also use the extra ability points on other useful physical attacks(I suggest you make sure to get break and savagery).

http://s399.photobucket.com/albums/pp75/flamemachedi/th_poison.jpg

Once your finished with it, re spec again and get the original ability pool again.Hopefully you'll get Emerald Death. That will help you finish the game. It's an extremely powerful weapon. If you feel like it, you could fight the Hydra again to try and get it.

Zone 5 : Mayor

The Mayor has one ally, which is a Guardian Cannon. The Guardian Cannon will immediately put on a shield called "Duty" which will shield it from 3000 damage and make it heal 300 health/turn.
Put Veradux and Roald into Relentless.Turn into a Predator. They will attack the Guardian Cannon.Break the Shield for them. Then while they focus on the Cannon, you focus on killing the Mayor.Once he gets around 15000- he'll cast enrage on himself, making him deal 400% more damage, but he soon replaces it at one time later on.When the Guardian Cannon has been disposed of, and you have the Mayor down to around 10000- HP, he'll start debuffing you with Destroy Healing and Destroy Damage, which severely limit Healing and Damage you deal.He will also stun one of your team for 8 turns. When he gets under 5000 health, he'll cast Retrograde(switch damage with healing).Keep an eye on his buffs all the time. You might just end up healing him.Just put Roald and Veradux on Phalanx mode and either skip your turn or use disrupt. After that, just keep attacking and he's dead.

Other Difficult Enemies

Baron Brixius

This is a mainly defensive battle, so keep Roald and Veradux on Phalanx.
Lucky for us, Biologicals are this man's weakness.Get a 2/2 Disrupt and you can damage his focus 100 focus at a time.If you kill him Focus, he'll use an ability which will damage him 3000-4000 Each turn it is active. But he will be healing focus, also, so don't disrupt yet.You should probably break him to reduce his hits, thus reducing the times he uses his dreaded Tick-Tock attack. When he gets to around 30000- HP, he'll start having an auto debuff called Holy Scars, which amplifies his damage taken. This is when you stop using disrupt.Just keep using your attacks now.Put both of your teammates on Relentless and Destroy him!

Gregor the Cockroach

This annoying little pest always uses an attack called Roach Vitality. It heals him substantially each turn. Just keep attacking and hitting.Hopefully hie'll heal less than he deals.Once the Vitality goes off, he'll put it back up the very next turn, so Break him quickly to get extra attacks in.When he comes to, make sure you bring him to around 1000 health. He'll either full heal or use Roach Vitality.Either one, use Subversion, which will switch it.If he uses the full heal he'll die, and if he uses RV, he'll get severely injured. He'll shoot down to around 300 HP, and that's when you kill him.

Not many I could think of, but just ask me and I'll list it.

I like Psychological Lightning. Easy going, not much trickery involved, and easily a lot of damage.

I think in the beginning the best build is strength moves such as immobilize, wound, agile exposure, and predator form.

Then I start getting poison moves and that gets me farther into the tree. The good thing about poison moves is that they have great debuffs and effects.

Speed bio is only good on the last couple of zones.

Has anyone tried healer bio? If you get reform, adrenalin, and as much hp as you can, it is possible to heal 20k hp. With that kind of healing ability, any healing reduction done to your teammates is useless (90% healing reduction leaves you with 2k healing). Here's my build, though some tweaking may be necessary...

I haven't tested it on anything other than easy mode, so there's no telling if it is really terrible.
Ability order:
Shadow Blend to self
Predator form
Agile exposure
Destroy
Agile exposure
Destroy
Agile exposure
Leading strike
etc.
If anyone needs healing, reform will do the job well. If you don't have enough focus, adrenaline on that person (in case a teammate heals that person), then reform on the next turn. Since you can heal such massive amounts of hp, there is no need for Veredux. Felicity works much better when combined with your Agile exposure, so just swap out some items for survivability and she does great. I'm currently testing the build on Heroic...will tell you when I'm done (hopefully)

Ok it works on heroic...here's my little guide on how to play healer biological:

Attribute points:
All into vitality

Your stats, when you are done, should look something like this (without items at lvl 28):
Vitality: 197
Strength: 59
Instinct: 17
Speed: 63

With items (lvl 28 heroic mode*):
Vitality: 404
Strength: 367
Instinct: 41
Speed: 209
*On easy mode, you can finish the game earlier and with less strength and speed items.

This sounds like a quick way to create a character with little to no damage ability, but it is not. Keep reading to find out why!

Equipment:
Focus on: vitality
When needed, get: speed
Third on priority list: strength
On heroic mode, you can't just get plain vitality and hope for the best. You are guaranteed to miss every other normal attack. Also, if you can get a huge amount of strength from an item, it may be worth using that item instead of one with superior vitality. Always choose items with a reasonable amount of strength over ones with piles of instinct (if both have nearly equal amounts of vitality).

Abilities:
4/4 Integrity ~ This is absolutely required when you begin. max it as soon as possible
3/3 Reform ~ You second most important ability. Max out after Integrity
After you get the two important ones, get one of each of the next three and max out agile exposure.
4/4 Savagery
1/1 Predator Form
3/3 Agile exposure
Before you finish up Savagery, max Evolution, then alternate between Savagery and Endurance.
3/3 Evolution
4/4 Endurance
That's you basic set of abilities. When you are done with those, max Shadow Blend. This will be used for those tough enemies you can't seem to hit.
4/4 Shadow Blend
Once you finish Shadow Blend, you really have nothing else to do, so go for Withdrawal.
4/4 Withdrawal
Get minimal amounts of anything that is required to learn any of the above abilities.

Ability Pool:
Leading strike (1)
Destroy (1)
Reform (2)
Agile Exposure (2)
Predator Form (1)
Shadow Blend (1)
If you do go long enough to get Withdrawal, you may replace leading strike or one of reform with it.
Early on, you will be putting 3 of Reform on the bar and 2 adrenalin (just because you have it). Once you get Agile Exposure and Predator Form, remove adrenalin.

Fights:
Fighting with this build is really simple. All you have to do is throw Agile Exposure at the enemy until you are down to 40 focus (after Integrity regens it). Then, you do a leading strike and continue. Each Agile Exposure after the first should deal around 2-3k damage. There are some variables to the ability order, however.
1. One of your allies is dying.
This is what your build is for. If your ally is dying, drop Reform on him/her and continue fighting (unless another one is needed)
2. You are missing many of your hits.
If you don't have Shadow Blend, this is what it was for. If you can hit the enemy, use Shadow Blend on yourself and continue the Agile Exposure loop
3. Predator Form is available
Use up all of your focus and turn on Predator Form. Then, alternate between Agile Exposure and Destroy because you are regaining all of your focus every turn. With this combo, you can deal around 6k damage every time you fire off Destroy while dealing 1.5k with each Agile Exposure.

Allies:
If playing heroic mode, you want Veredux and Roald. Felicity can't handle the damage being dealt and the extra healer is useful.
Veradux:
Give Veradux items with Lightning piercing (until partway into Distopia) Instinct (main attribute) and Vitality (secondary and only when you find him killed in one turn). When you get to the frozen village, buy wrath and find its primary weapon counterpart. Have him keep his original armor until you reach the Captain Hunt battle. Repeat that battle until you have almost a full suit of medic armor (if you can't get all of it, it's fine. you can go without). Next, get some of the spark armor from the tunnel of illusions. Change his weapon to Poseidon's fury (or whatever the lightning trident is called). He should not have ANY of his original armor now. In Dystopia, make sure he has a decent amount of instinct and vitality. Don't worry too much about lightning piercing any more. That served it's purpose against the Hydra. When finished, Veredux's stats should look similar to these:
Vitality: 345
Strength: 112
Instinct: 351
Speed: 177

Roald:
This guy is your assistant damage dealer. With proper items and your Agile Exposure debuffs, he can deal 1-2k damage with his fire bolt thing. Make sure you give Roald Strength. Keep his Vitality fairly high. His speed MUST be lower than your own. That way, his damage is affected by two Agile Exposures (the one from the previous turn and the one you just added). His stats may look like this when you are finished:
Vitality: 240
Strength: 338
Instinct: 41
Speed: 194
Fire piercing is awesome. Always get the best "gun" with fire piercing. Best meaning best attributes, not piercing value.

Like every other guide, I must have a part about the Baron, so here we go.
This may come across as odd, but no focus removing abilities are necessary against the baron. Just keep up your Agile Exposure loop so that, when he runs out of focus, he deals 3 times as much damage to himself as he would without the debuffs. He will only need to run out of focus once to deal enough damage for the tick-tock spree to stop. Then, whenever he has holy scars, you should have the debuffs on him so that you deal maximum damage to the guy. Baron really shouldn't give you too many problems because of your epic healing abilities.

Hydra:
This one is easy. All you have to do is damage a fire claw and add the Agile Exposure debuff. Veredux will target the damaged enemy and eventually fire off his electric ability, instantly killing the fire claw. The Hydra itself is just a normal enemy. Hit it till it dies while you keep your allies alive.

So far, this has been the only build I have completed Heroic mode on, so that ought to mean something

Sustainable speed build, imo, definitely the best bio build out there, take a look

Gear Set:
Velocious Helm
Velocious Armor
Azure Grips
Tempo Legplates
Corvette Boots
Death Sentence (I accidentally sold my flame katana -_- fml)

Lv30 Stats:
Vit: 191 (solid 7k health if your)
Str: 269 (meh)
Inst: 65 (who cares...)
Spd: 627 (Added all my attribute points to speed! Also, with this speed, you will ALWAYS start first.)

Combat Action Bar:
Crystallize
Toxicant Form
Shadow Blend
Withdrawal
Slash (x2)
Break
Don't need the last slot :P

"vs one enemy" strategy:
1: Use Crystallize (only upgrade to 3 turns) on enemy
2: Use Toxicant Form (40% more damage!)
3: Use Shadow Blend (that's a given)
4: Use Withdrawal since the enemy is now de-crystallized (hits around 20k with my stats, crazy healing just in case you get hit)
5: Use Slash (hits around 12-15k)
6: Use Break (turn 6 is the only turn where you're vulnerable because you just came out of shadow form. So I'm willing to sacrifice an ability point for break and eliminate any chance the enemy has of messing with me XD)
7: Use Crystallize on enemy and start the whole cycle again

- With this strategy, the ONLY TIME the enemy can potentially hit you is turn 4, after you use withdrawal. But then again, you're still in shadow form so you're chances are good .
- Note that by the 3rd cycle, withdrawal won't be ready within the 2 turns that you can attack while being in shadow form. Therefore, set up 2 slashes on your action bar so you can just use those.
- For those who are worried about running out of focus. Don't. As long as you have integrity at 3/4 (20focus/turn), you will never run out of focus .
- For those who want to throw in Sharp Sense or Predator form in there. Again, don't. They honestly don't increase your damage by that much...waste of ability points imo.
- An alternative is to max out crystallize to 4 turns so you don't need break, that works too. But I just want my Felicity to have some fun :P With break, she can do some damage as opposed to the enemy being crystallized.
- You can use a similar strategy against multiple enemies as well. Don't bother crystallizing anyone until you are down to one enemy. Other then that, use the same strategy. Make sure to get rid of the ones that you can kill with 1 or 2 attack first. Granted, you will get hit a few times, but that's when Veradux/Toxicant Form/Withdrawal come in handy
- My lv30 bio has never died in battle with this strategy. NEVER. In fact, he always ended the fight with perfect health (Can't say the same for Felicity though )

Try it out, lots of fun! (especially when you know strong opponents, such as The Baron, can't even touch you :P)

Okay, I figured out the formulas for each of the teammates

For Veradux
Leading Strike â" attacks for 175% strength and recovers 35 focus
Healing Move costs 15 focus â" heals a friendly unit for 500% instinct and 100% strength.
Electro Bolt costs 20 focus â" attacks for 280% strength and 80% instinct and attempts to dispel 1 buff from the opponent.

For Roald
Greater Purpose â" Heals for 100% Strength and causes the unit to receive 40% less damage and take 40% more healing.
Impair 15 focus â" attacks for 150% strength and causes target to receive 10% more damage from all sources for the next 12 turns.
Fire attack 20 focus â" attacks for 300% of his strength and has a chance to stun the opponent (not sure how high the chance is).
Silence â" attacks for 300% of his strength and prevents opponent from using moves that require focus.
Leading Strike â" attacks for 200% strength and recovers 35 focus.

Felicity
Slash 40 focus â" 160% strength and 160% speed. Causes target to receive 10% less healing.
Stunning Move (it is not break) â" attacks for 300% of her strength and has a chance to stun the target.
Silence â" attacks for 300% of her strength and prevents the target from using moves that require focus for 2 turns.
Knife â" attacks for 300% of strength and causes targetâs speed to be reduced by 50% and lose 10 focus per turn for 3 turns.
Planned Assault â" attacks for 270% strength and causes target to lose health equal to 60% of the unitâs strength for 3 turns.
Leading Strike â" attacks for 170% strength and recovers 50 focus.
Blade dance â" not sure, but scales with the targetâs speed, not Felicityâs according to what Iâve read.

Do not worry about piercing for your teammates. Piercing is underpowered without the extra 200% piercing bonus that Psychological's Charged Blood or Hydro's piercing bonus offers.
