My all-time favorite has been, and always will be, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for the PSOne, otherwise Final Fantasy XII, God of Wars both 1 and 2, and Dynasty Warriors 4 (It's based on My all-time favorite book, and it's a pretty good game to play as well) for the PS2 are some distant seconds.
