Well as a kid I grew up watching both of these shows, I would rather go with Spongebob cause in my opinoin I think his show is funnier in a dumb way.

i would say farily odd parents. I say this only becuse of cosmo. Also, they have a lesson on each lesson. Either about greed, or something like that.

Spongbob o nth other hand is just sort of weird and dumb.

I stopped wathcing them a long time ago, but in Fairly Odd Parents, Timmy would explain EVERYTHING that was going on in some way or another, and the jokes were repetitive. Spongebob is retarded but funny, but for me FOSTER'S HOME FOR IMAGINARY FRIENDS wins.
