Definitely Linkin Park. Why? Because their range is diverse, they have evolved effectively over the years. Starting out they effectively rocked the world's stage with nu-metal. Yet they had elements of rap and Japanese music in their songs, which just adds to they're sound. And now, they move on to more 'darker', softer music, yet its nice, sharp as a samurai sword.
I will never be a fan of pop/glam/emo rock, which Tokio Hotel use. That said, it's my own opinion.
