I mean, really, they have so many ads, that its not even funny. There is a commercial at the begging of everygame.It is so annoying, and half the games arent that good. Will you JOIN??
No. They have a lot of good games too, and a lot of different types of games then armorgames, like escape games and life and style games, and theres really nothing wrong with that site. NOTE I LOVE armorgames WAY MORE! But I do occasionally go to addictinggames to look for new games that we do not have. ( "
What are you going to do? Show your distatse by not joining? Fat lot of good that will do if you want to remove the ads. If you want less ads try emailing the staff there, it probably wont do anything, but itl be a damn site more effective than creating a thread about it the relevant people wont even see.
No. Its would be REALLY REALLY bad if got into a "war" with Addicting Games. Or, that is what I think. I think we might lose some good game series, and we might lose a lot of money from the budget. So, at my angle of sense I would think that it would be a really bad idea.
Well...I don't think that we would won't that to happen. AddictingGames is a very good game creator from that site I'm guessing. Yes, imagine all of the good game we would lose. Also, If it makes any difference we have Newground games on here. That's for the oblivious people who rate the game before it loads...
I agree exactly with Beast 55554, I used to go to only AddictingGames, but then redirected here when I played serveral good games from AG, and now they decided not to bother to get any decent games, I check once a week then leave the site.
One example of what they have done wrong (not a declaration of war) They had Bloons Td 3. It was moderately anticipated game, and had it on the part on the top for 2 days. The rest of the games, which were not at all good, stayed up for a full week. I personally find this to be very wierd bevhavior.
addicting games fails, all they do is steal games from other sites and make the worst games of all time on their sites, same goes for gamesloth. The real war that's worth battling, is the war on KONGREGATE.
well some others discussed going to war with kongregate,which converts more members then it makes decent games(or games at all from what I am aware of) and I think there have been other things like this before but i can't remember any particular incident.Although crazymonkeygames,newgrounds,and addicting games, etc. are all just sites,and they are not forcing you to go to their sites.In fact because of these same types of advertisements, AG has gained quite a bit of ad revenue some of which is from people coming over to AG from other popular sites like kongregate,and such.So they are a valuable resource to AG's business,and as they attract people to their site,people will discover AG's games and possibly convert over or just join additionally.I believe the business interest of the site(AG) benefit us all,whether this means getting along with other sites or not.
