I was wondering about avatars and my favorite game Fancy Pants. My idea was, that if some of the authors could make some avatars and give them to armor games, we could have avatars from our favorite games, It would be awesome to have a fancy pants avatar.
I like that idea. I would also imagine that administrators and moderators would have the choice to have normal armatars or some made specifically for them (e.g an armatar with the armorgames logo)
I like Ragingmelon's idea of moderators having their own unique armatar, so that everyone would know that it is them, that would just be brillant mate.

We can't have this, and it deals with copyrighted information of sorts. It's just like making a background with someone else's picture on it (confound it!). We "might" be able to get avatars from our favorite AG flash games, but again, that will require the developer's OK on it. I don't think Danny would want to ask major corporations for the use of their products.
Then there's this: What avatar(s) would we get out of it? Almost all of those copied renders are bigger than 60x60, so how would we do that? How would we make it? It's best if we just stick to the AG games.

Kongregate, they have the privilege of getting any armatar they wished. But of course, that can lead to inappropriate pictures, which is why we don't do anything like that.
Ahaha, I like the idea of having mods have their own armatar.

Btw, it's not so hard to get pictures. You can search for art, take screenies, or even ask the creator to make a special picture. And we could also have games sponsored by ArmorGames, like godlimations games.
Special pictures made from an AG developers, we could do. The other two options, however, are affiliated with copyrighted creations, especially searching for art. You all could just grab images from google or something, and who knows where that could end up... Besides, most of the images are bigger than 60x60, like I just stated above, so we all know that can't work either. These reasons enough explain why grabbing pictures isn't a good idea.
