depends i know people that like the first one better but i personaly like the second one both thing for apearance are the same and in number 2 u get a dog but number one has a better wepon catagory with ranking on wepon stats while number 2 only has attack power. other wise just different story lines number 2 is more present though than number one it has guns in it to.
