I think that ArmorGames should make a game or a link in here that lets poeple make games...poeple can like make characters and clothes and just like think of a topic and write it down on there and post it that way not just game creators on other sights can post games
You can't really make something that allows users to create .swfs. If you want to make games for this site, or anything, without getting dirty and learning Actionscript, C++, or another similar languages.

Yes, there would be serious issues in that. You are not allowed to submit games that are not specifically made by you, or to which you don't own all copy- and distribution rights. In some rare cases, the staff will allow someone to submit a game for the developer, but those cases are, as mentioned, rare, and only do-able, if the person in question have written permission to do so from all developers of the game.
On another note, it would probably have been a lot better to make a new thread asking that, instead of necroing a four year old thread of unrelated topic.
