I have VBA on my computer, but I'm sort of stumped about the section for cheats...And yes, you can download just about any GBA game available on the internet for free.
Gameboy Advance feels better to me!
Since I don't have a VBA on my computer I'd have to say GBA
My DS plays advance games.Personally, I only use VBA for games I am unable to play...Such as the English translation of Mother 3
