OMAHA, Neb. -- More than 75 vehicles in La Vista and south Omaha had their windows shot out Tuesday night, police said.
The shooters used a BB gun in the "indiscriminate" vandalism, police said. The vandals targeted cars parked in driveways and streets. At least 50 vehicles were shot in La Vista.
One person was sitting in a car when its window was shattered, police said.
The damage, estimated at thousands of dollars, covers an area between 66th and 108th streets from Papillion to Ralston.
I'd hate to wake up, and find that my windows were shattered. I'd personally make the shooters pay up, or else pay some time, as it is costing me to replace my windows that were fine when I left them.
