Max, I think he is called like that from Soul Calibur 2.
I loved all those dancers from the Tekken Series.
The Mowl from Bloody Roar 3, I think, was a great fighter!

Guilty Gear:Slayer or Robo-Ky (lol)
Bloody Roar:BAKURYU!!!! (Hail to the mole!)and the cute Uriko :3
Street fighter:I'd say...Guile? (Sonic Boooooom)
Super Smash Bros:Pikachu (with a blue birthday hat of course) and Roy
As for other games such as mortal combat and killer instincts I can't remember the characters...
