Some of you people might know that the UGR or Ultimate Game Raters has been started by bates. Now that bates has quit I taken the liberty of starting it again thus making me president.

So, uh... What's the point of this? To brag about having rated a ton of games?
That's not difficult to do. You know, that's often how complete newbies end up on the leaderboard, they spam rate several hundred games without playing them...
I could rate that many games in no time, but I usually play a game for more than five minutes, often hours (not at once, but by playing it multiple times)... I have only rated 226, and by that I am probably not up to this - group's standards. But I don't think you are encouraging something good by ranking people by their amount of games rated.
