Highly doubt it. With one developer and users wanting tons of updates, it'd be kind of hard for them to start tearing up their hair trying to create something for that day.

Well, it's easy to find out. Register for a new account and look at your rank at 0 AP.

They were all referral accounts.
But yeah, probably just a thread and this might be it..
