try the programming section of the forums. I'm not so sure why your e-mail is doing this, but try sending from another e-mail service such as yahoo or hotmail. Even live.com if necessary. As for gaming licenses, if you can't get the contact to work, I strongly recommend that you use the programming section of the forums. I'm not sure if armorgames would accept the game I think your going to make, since I'm associating it to your name. For all wondering what I'm thinking off, it's called Hentai, of which is Animated/Anime porn. Newgrounds has several games of such (I like naruto parodies, and there's a lot of hentai with that series). I'm just assuming though, so yeah. Anyways, as I said, you should go to the programming section for help on these things.
What is it exactly that you are interested in? I am not sure why the Contact page would not be working, but I might be able to forward you to someone who would be able to help you out. Are you looking to get games sponsored? Or trying to figure out how to get into development?
