Call of duty BY FAR CoD 1-3 had good story mode 4-5 had shitty story mode but great online.

Gears one was good for the story but online was so so
same with 2 bad story online was bad.

CoD just rocks ^^

Gears of war is beter

I choose CoD. Call off Duty has a bigger variety of games and a more plotted storyline then GoW, but both of them are very good games to play.

I love CoD, it is definitely so much better than Gears (which is why I have a Ps3) it has a great online system introduced in CoD 4 and is just a better game over all

I've never played Gears of War, but I love Call of Duty, so I'll have to go with Call of Duty as my choice mates.

Both is good but I prefer COD.

call od duty. story is good and online is amazing.... also very addicting.

its a hard choise but i go with CoD becuase there are more maps and alot of guns and fun online

Both have their own styles, where COD focuses on reality and is really good with their accuracy to weapons and battles (to a limit) and Gears is great with its extent of creativity. I prefer to play Gears, but I also like COD too, it just depends what my friends are doing.

I'd say Call of Duty mate, but then again, I've never played Gears of War though.
