well, here's what you do. go to the store, grab some hot dogs, read the ingredients, and there's your answer.

I've heard those wieners come in chicken, beef and something else...ham maybe?

Ham is pork firetail, hahaha

But it is a mixture of things mates, and can have whatever you want in them in some places.

Whatever animal part that is not used as other food is put into hotdogs. Not jokin'. They then grind up the parts and combine all of it into them. That's why the first thing on the ingredients list is "mechanically separated" beef, pork, chicken, whatever.

I heard that they could have pig brain in them.

Oh man, I'm so glad I don't eat meat. Not to get off topic, but do you know they put sawdust in some burgers so it costs less?
