Why not add signatures to our edit page so when we comment we leave something behind. Like those other forums which always have a signature at the bottom.
It has been suggested before, and is not really needed at the time. If you want a signature, just post it as an image after your post. If it becomes annoying going back and copying/pasting the code, just open MS word, and put the code on there. That way, whenever you post just copy/paste it from there.
Back on point. We need a lot more things right now that aren't getting developed because we have only one developer. Maybe this will get implemented in the future.
Could a mod, or somebody with experience tell me how much work is involved???
I don't fully understand the question, but I will try to answer it.
The workers at AG are always working hard to improve the site. This task is not easy with just a couple of people. As of now there's probably a little more than ten at the office (This is a total guess based on my knowledge of the admins.) Each have different jobs, and those jobs include: making games, permanently banning people, fixing bugs, site design and more. The AG office has almost no time to implement new features, but they do when they can.
Just to be sure, the work done by moderators and the work done by developers is generally mutually exclusive. To draw an analogy, cops are rarely builders and vice-versa.
Since AG as a whole is a built-from-scratch project and not a prefabricated board, it stands to reason that it will have less standard features than those boards, as well as less time for actual development. We all hope that the situation will change for the better, as always.
It would be nice a feature I'm sure it'd be a lot easier to monitor than profile images. Would be fun I think they should cut off after a bit no matter how big the image is that way nobody can try and be funny by getting this giant picture. Plus that would limit the amount of things people could put up as well so there's not an overflowing river of signature. Despite the long waiting time it's still nice I would hope to see it implemented in the future. I just am fearing the amount of 'click this to help my pet/city/whatever grow' stuff, those are annoying imo.

Unfortunately there are people who would ruin this, since people cannot behave properly and act mature, it most likely will never be done any time soon. (Hit the BBCode buttons twice by the way or it will not work)
As far as I know, staff d not want signatures because some people have slow internet speeds. Personally, I would love to have a signature to come up with me having to keep putting it in.
It would be hard to get use to, don't you think? The post box would be way bigger than the signature, and it would look kinda awkward. I say no to this idea because I like AG the way it is.... simple.
It is a good idea but it is pointless i think we should consentrate on more important topics and you can always make your own signature. ~Russianfreak~
