I suggest having an option in the profile or somewhere in which the user can choose to view more comments or posts on a single page, instead of the default 5 for comments and 10 for posts. Changing it for everyone is not a good idea, but being able to change it for yourself only is good in my opinion. I thought of this while reading this.
