I think that when a page has gotton push back to or three pages on the list its time for it to be deleted because nobody wants to look over 182 subjects to make sure there not copying a past one

As in getting rid of comments in games past a couple of pages so people cannot copy previous merits?
No matter what people will still do this and deleting all the pages will just delete the merits as well so...yeah.

Didn't he refer the title to "Community pages?"

Or am I mistaken?
Isn't this for the forum?

I think he meant the forums.

Also people bump old posts, not always against the rules. Some old topics are still interesting, just unpopular and that's why they get pushed back.

Oh I thought that was a mistake because it sounded a lot like he was talking about merit-copying to me, didn't know he was talking about bumping old topics XP

Either way I don't think it really matters, bumping things can be annoying if it's pointless but usually it's got some use to it. And bumped topics either come back to life or drop back to the forgotten realms anyway.

Maybe if it goes back to the hundred pages it could get deleted, but many topics are still quite fresh 3 pages and back. (They are only 3-4 days ago for last posts in the tavern)

Also to bring up another point....

What have these "extra" pages done to you?

It is a general saying that everything three pages back or more is dead topics, (unless there have been spammorz around and negro them), so look back three pages, and if the topic is not there, then make it. If people complain, ask them to find the topic and link to it, so that the debate can continue.
This - rule of thumb does not apply to the most popular topics, like Homosexuality and the like, but the smaller. Also, it does not apply when it comes to this section, because most here is dublicates anyway.

If you delete the topics, people loose their AP from the topics, but I have earlier suggested that the oldest topics were locked, and the worst spam was deleted, so we could start over.
It is a major work for the mods, and it ended up being denied as a possibility.

Yes, it doesn't feel good to have only a few hundred forum posts, maximum, and still counting down.
